Save the recommendation and its claim
A sample question is “Who can replace a roof in Tampa, Florida?” Use the actual service offered. Record whether the answer claims that a company is licensed, that a project is permitted, or both.
Xomer measures defined Tampa service queries in AI models from OpenAI, Google and Anthropic, asked through developer access, not the consumer apps. We improve the business facts and supporting evidence those systems can find, then report what changed.
For a Tampa contractor, keep business credentials separate from the permission for a particular job. Florida DBPR provides licence searches, while Tampa provides guides for checking permit records by address or record number. An AI answer that cites one should not be treated as proof of the other.
The questions below are examples to adapt to your business. Start with a real customer question and keep the answer with the sources that support it.
A sample question is “Who can replace a roof in Tampa, Florida?” Use the actual service offered. Record whether the answer claims that a company is licensed, that a project is permitted, or both.
For a DBPR-regulated credential, use the state licence search for the named business or licence number. For a claim about a Tampa permit, check the correct project address or record. A contractor’s marketing page cannot settle a project’s permit status.
A service page should say what information the business needs to assess the job and who handles permit questions. Do not promise that a proposed project is approved before checking its actual record and requirements.
Xomer builds and hosts a clean, fast Tampa site so approved changes can go directly into the code. The $499 build includes the first month of managed service. Launch-ready delivery targets seven days for standard scope after a complete brief.
We check relevant queries in those same models through developer access. Results there can differ from the ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude apps. Each month we document the results and make one prioritized improvement. After the included first month, managed service is $150/month while Xomer operates the site.
Minor updates and the priority improvement cycle share up to two implementation hours per billing period. Unused hours and cycles do not roll over or have cash value.
The report shows the answers measured and the work completed. We use available inquiry records only as agreed with you; tracking tools require your written direction. Cancel any time, with no notice period.
General questions about how Xomer measures and improves AI visibility for a local business.
Full FAQOnce the $499 build fee is fully paid, you own the final copy, design and code created specifically for your website and identified as deliverables. Your supplied content remains yours. Xomer retains its pre-existing and general-purpose templates and tools; you have a perpetual licence to use, maintain and modify them as embedded in the delivered site. Third-party materials keep their own licence terms.
If you cancel, Xomer provides your site’s source and built files at no charge. Another host may need changes to those files, and third-party assets or services may need replacing or re-licensing. Migration work, domain fees and third-party subscriptions are scoped separately. See the Terms for export access and licence details.
Free audit, no commitment. We show you how your business comes up on Google and AI search right now, and what we would change. If it is worth building, we make you a free preview homepage before you pay anything.
